Preston is starting to walk!

I think the "bug" in our house is finally on its way out. It has been a long 5 days! On Tuesday we took both kids to the doctor, since things had been going on for more than 48 hours. Both kids stayed well hydrated and so they weren't worried about that. Preston would only drink formula while he was sickKylin willingly drank bottle after bottle of Pedialyte, she really seemed to like the taste. While we were at the doctors' office, I had to excuse myself, because the "bug" had finally gotten me. YUCK! The doctor reassured me that the nureses in the hallway probably just thought I was pregnant. Kyle stayed home from work yesterday since I still felt miserable. Kylin wanted to sleep all day long and she still wasn't herself. Preston seemed to be back to himself except not eating all that well yet.

Finally eating better


Preston took several steps yesterday between Mom and Dad. The most he took was probably 5-6 and then he would dive forward and reach for us. He was having fun with this and it was very fun that we were all here to see him do begin the process of walking.
