It's Beginning to Look Alot Like Chaos!

Missing a glove (no Michael Jackson comments please)

We are hustling and bustling trying to get ready for Christmas, moving and selling the house! This place is a disaster, but eventually we will get it all done!

Aunt Kari thinks the haircut is bad, how about this "do?"
The kids are such great helpers with packing (ha,ha), and things tend to take 3 times as long since they are so curious and busy.

Chillin' on a long winters' day

Kylin is eating very well, and we have actually taken a break from giving her Prevacid to see how she does without it. So far, she seems to be doing fine and doesn't appear to have any obvious bouts of reflux lately. We will watch and see how it goes. Kylin has spent some time sitting on the potty reading books, but doesn't really know what to do yet. She talks about potty and poop constantly while sitting but without any results. She is constantly jabbering all day long about things, and is really starting to produce some simple phrases/sentences.

Preston, oh dear is this boy busy. We have had several things unpacked by him, which is really slows Mom down. He moves chairs to get up where I have things up high, he digs in cupboards in the kitchen (most are empty now), and his new thing is playing in the sink. He loves to try to turn on the water or splashes if I have water sitting in the sink. He is very interested in the concept of the potty chair for everyone else but himself. He has to be in the bathroom when Kylin is sitting on the toilet, but he refuses to sit on it himself. Both kids have been telling me immediately after they have pooped their diapers, so we are getting the idea slowly.

Kyle and I are beginning to feel a little sad that we are leaving this house, and the memories that we have in this house. Kylin learned to walk in this house, both kids have changed so much since we moved here last year etc., but we are very excited to relocate and settle into a long term home later this spring. Moves are exciting and emotional, but this move seems to be the hardest for me yet since we have really attached to having our own home and we wish we could take it with us.

The doctor says Santa is going to be OK!
