No I am not talking about Santa in the title today. I am talking about our current situation with illness in our house that is never ending!!!!
It all started exactly 1 month ago, and in 30 days time, we have had croup X2 kids, colds X 2 kids, stomach flu X2 kids and 1 Dad and now we have had tonsilitis X 2 kids. Preston went to the doctor yesterday and alas his tonils looked awful and he had the same distinctive halitosis that Kylin has with tonsilitis. Dad took Preston to the walk in clinic, and the doctor commended us for noticing the symptoms and being able to "diagnose" the situation acurately all of these times. I wish I got paid for everytime I take my kids to the doctor lately, maybe then I could pay for all of the upcoming Christmas shopping. Today Preston is doing better, and we are planning to send him to Grandma G's today with Aunt Kari and he will return home on Thanksgiving Day.
Kylin will have her tonsils removed tomorrow morning, so please pray that things go well and that she heals quickly. We will be in the hospital overnight with Kylin and hopefully returning home mid-morning on Thanksgiving today.
